Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet

The Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet is not one of my favorite wines.  It was almost dry enough and almost had enough tannin to it, but the flavor just wasn’t there.  I paid $10 per glass for it, and the Cline Zinfandel I had at the same place was a better wine for less money at $8 per glass.  There are too many other options to waste your time on this offering from Penfolds.
