			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet is not one of my favorite wines.  It was almost dry enough and almost had enough tannin to it, but the flavor just wasn&#8217;t there.  I paid $10 per glass for it, and the Cline Zinfandel I had at the same place was a better wine for less money at $8 per glass.  There are too many other options to waste your time on this offering from Penfolds.</p>
