Mas de la Dame is growing in popularity in and around Baux, but it is difficult to find its wines outside of southern France.

  Their newest offering, Le Vallon des Amants, is only available at the winery and at restaurants nearby.  You’ll have to visit the winery if you want to try this one.  Here’s some info on the area…  Provence Travel Information.  This offering is the new pride and joy of the winery.  Le Vallon des Amants  is a blend of Mourvedre and Syrah.  Le Vallon is quite a powerful wine, and it has more of a bite to it than Coin Cache does because of the Mourvedre.
